Help with your smart TV at home
Your TV can do much more than just show channels. DOK Computers visits you at home in Rotterdam and connects your TV to Wi-Fi. We install the apps you use and make sure set-top boxes and remotes work well together.
What we help with

Finally, one remote
Three remotes on the table and nobody knows which one does what. Where possible, we set things up so you control the TV, the set-top box and the sound with one remote. If you like, we'll write down the steps for you.
Streaming, catching up and recording
We show you how to catch up on a missed programme, find a film and record something. If you have a streaming subscription, we sign in together. If the picture stutters, we also look at the Wi-Fi.
What does TV help cost?
The rate is €12.50 per 15 minutes, including VAT, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
The call-out fee within Rotterdam is €10.
Setting up a new TV usually takes half an hour to an hour.
Real-life example
A customer buys a new smart TV, but after connecting it only sees a black screen saying "no signal". We connect the set-top box properly, connect the TV to Wi-Fi and install NPO Start and Netflix. After about 45 minutes everything works with one remote.
