Printer help at home: installation and troubleshooting

What does printer help cost?
The rate is €12.50 per 15 minutes, including VAT, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
Within Rotterdam a call-out fee of €10 is added.
A half-hour visit therefore costs €35 in total.
Real-life example
After switching to another internet provider, the printer stops printing. We connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi network and set it up again on the laptop and two phones. After about 45 minutes everything prints and scans again.
