Computer help at home for your laptop or PC
Is your computer no longer starting, has it become slow or does it keep freezing? DOK Computers visits you at home in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. We calmly find out what's wrong and get your laptop or PC working again while you watch.

New computer or moving to Windows 11
Bought a new laptop or PC? We set it up, transfer your photos, documents and email and connect the printer. You can carry on right where you left off.
Since October 2025, Windows 10 no longer receives regular security updates. We check whether your computer is suitable for Windows 11 and carry out the upgrade for you. If your computer is too old, we'll honestly advise what makes sense.
How a visit works
You call or send a request and briefly tell us what's going on. We agree on a time and come to you. At your own table we solve the problem and explain what we did.
Is a part needed, such as a faster drive or more memory? Then we discuss the costs with you first. You decide.
What does computer help at home cost?
You pay €12.50 per 15 minutes, including VAT, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
The call-out fee within Rotterdam is €10.
A one-hour visit therefore costs €60 in total.
Real-life example
A six-year-old laptop takes five minutes to start up. We remove unnecessary programs, check for unwanted software and sort out the updates. After about an hour the laptop starts quickly again and the customer knows which notifications can safely be dismissed.
