Better Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home
In many Rotterdam homes the modem's signal doesn't reach everywhere. Thick walls, concrete floors and a modem in the meter cupboard are the most common causes. We measure the signal strength in each room and find the best spot for your modem.
If that's not enough, we'll advise a Wi-Fi extender or mesh system. We discuss the cost first. Then we install it and reconnect your devices.
Switching to a new provider
Switching to KPN, Ziggo, Odido or another provider? We connect the new modem and reconnect your computer, phone, printer and TV. We also set up a secure password that you can actually remember.
What does Wi-Fi help cost?
You pay €12.50 per 15 minutes, including VAT, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
The call-out fee within Rotterdam is €10.
Equipment such as a Wi-Fi extender is always discussed in advance.
Real-life example
In an upstairs apartment the Wi-Fi works fine downstairs, but not in the bedroom and attic. We measure the coverage, move the modem out of the meter cupboard and add one extra Wi-Fi point on the landing. After about an hour there is good coverage on every floor.
