Bought a new phone, or just can't figure something out? DOK Computers visits you at home in Rotterdam. We set up your device, move everything over from your old phone and take our time to explain.

From old to new phone
Switching to a new device is when things often go wrong. Photos get left behind, WhatsApp is empty or the banking app stops working. We transfer everything in one go and check together with you that nothing is missing.
Switching from Android to iPhone or the other way round? We arrange that too.
Staying safe with your phone
Fake messages via text, WhatsApp and email are becoming more and more convincing. We show you how to recognise them and what to do. We also turn on updates and a good screen lock for you.
You always type in passwords and PIN codes yourself. We don't look while you do.
What does phone help cost?
You pay €12.50 per 15 minutes, including VAT, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
The call-out fee within Rotterdam is €10.
A one-hour visit costs €60 in total.
Real-life example
A customer has been given a new Samsung and the old phone is lying next to it. We transfer contacts, photos and WhatsApp, install DigiD and the banking app and make the text larger. After about an hour everything works and the old phone has been safely wiped.
